I'm Danny Atiencia Villamagua. I write software for a company in Madrid — the kind that's in production and breaks on Tuesdays. The rest of the time I'm a customer of businesses like yours, and I always see the same thing. Software isn't badly made because it's hard. It's badly made because nobody who built it uses it afterwards.
